Eloquence
“Out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks.” — Matthew 12:34
Eloquence is inner clarity expressing itself without strain.
Sample passage: Let your Yes be Yes
Short excerpt: “Let your ‘Yes’ be ‘Yes,’ and your ‘No,’ ‘No.’”
Reference: Matthew 5:37
Breathe slowly. Say: “Source, let my words carry truth without strain.”
Read the sample passage out loud twice: once normal, once slowly.
Write one sentence explaining what Jesus is calling for in everyday speech.
Speak your sentence out loud, calmly. Keep it clear, not dramatic.
Rest 60 seconds. Notice how clarity feels in the body when you speak without force.
