Memory
“Everyone who hears these words of mine and puts them into practice is like a wise man who built his house on the rock.” — Matthew 7:24
Memory strengthens when truth is practiced. Jesus connects hearing, doing, and stability.
Sample passage: Build on the Rock
Short excerpt: “...built his house on the rock... the rain came down... it did not fall.”
Reference: Matthew 7:24–25
Sit comfortably. Breathe slowly for 60 seconds. Say quietly: “Source, align my inner receiver to retain what is true and useful.”
Read the sample passage once, slowly. Stay present with meaning; do not chase speed.
Close your eyes for 2 minutes. Don’t rehearse words. Let the mind settle.
Read the same sample passage again—slower. Then rest again for 2 minutes. Consistency beats intensity.
Without looking, write 5 bullet points you remember. Then check the passage and correct only what matters. No guilt—just feedback.
