Understanding grows when meaning is received inwardly, not forced outwardly.
Sample passage: The Sower
Short excerpt: “...the seed is the word... those who hear... accept it... and bear fruit.”
Reference: Mark 4:14–20
Breathe slowly for 60 seconds. Say: “Source, connect meaning inside me—not just words.”
Read the sample passage and identify: main image + what it represents + the outcome. Write it in 3 lines.
Read again. Underline only the phrases that change your understanding.
Rest 2 minutes. Let the insight settle without forcing conclusions.
Explain the meaning in 60 seconds as if teaching a friend. Keep it simple.
